Without a doubt the GMO food is very nice and attractive to the eye, but now we know that ordinary people buy with their eyes and not with your head, how not to be attracted by a fruit perfectly round, shiny, big and juicy?

• If you find in your hands a tomato not perfect, irregular shapes and with some bruising, most likely is not GMO. Try to focus on fruits and vegetables that have not a "suspect beauty", for your health;
• Try to go as little as possible in large supermarkets, especially if you appear fresh food;
• Buy products at km 0 originating in your country and make sure to you have a direct relationship with the farmer.

• Brazil
• Argentine

For that reason we have to pay attention to all the products coming from these countries.
