HEAVY METALS AND FOOD
Heavy metals come into contact with the body primarily through the foods we eat and the polluted air we breathe. Heavy metals can cause allergies, intolerances and intoxications. They can have carcinogenic effects and interfere with our genes.
Consider, for example, to the wide diffusion of allergy to nickel, one of the most common heavy metals, among which we find, among others, also arsenic, cadmium, lead, mercury,
chromium, aluminum and cobalt.
- "Curcuma" combined with black pepper;
- Garlic;
- Lemon;
- Coriander;
- Flax seed;
- Nuts;
- Organic Vegetables;
- Ginger;
- Seaweed.
